Train and The Fray

Train is a pop rock band that formed in 1993 in San Francisco. The debut album, which was entitled Train, was released in 1998. This album contained the hit song, “Meet Virginia”, the song that put Train on the map. Their follow up album entitled Drops of Jupiter had the hit single, “Drops of Jupiter Tell Me)” on it. The song went on to win two Grammy Awards 2002. This album is the band’s best selling album to date. Other songs that you may recognize include their smash hit “Hey Soul Sister”, which was released in 2009 and 50 Ways to Say Goodbye, which was released in 2009.

The Fray is a band heralding from Denver, Colorado and formed in 2002. Their debut album was released in 2005 and was entitled, “How to Save a Life”. The album would eventually go double platinum. Their first single was “Over My Head Cable Car)”, which put the band on the map. Their second single, “How to Save a Life”, pushed the band into worldwide stardom. The song made it to the top 5 single in Canada, Australia, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Sweden and the United Kingdom while make it to top three on the Billboard Hot 100. Other hits include “You Found Me” off their 2009 album entitled The Fray, as well as “Say When” and “Happiness”.
